Refund Policy 
1. General Refund Policy:

• Customers are eligible for refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving their order.
• To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the return.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.  
• Any signs of usage or tampering may void the refund request. 

2. Important Note for Glassware Orders:

We take great care in packaging your glassware safely, but in the rare case if it arrives damaged, refunds or replacements will only be processed if an unpacking video is provided.

To be eligible:

• The video must begin before the package is opened, clearly showing the unopened parcel.
• It should capture the entire unpacking process, and
• Clearly show the condition of the product upon delivery.

So please make sure to record your unboxing when receiving any glass items — it helps us help you faster and better!
